• All orders are dispatched within 48 to 76 hours (2–3 business days) from the time of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Once dispatched, delivery times may vary based on your location, typically between 3–7 business days for most parts of India.
• You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs.249. 
• For orders below Rs.249, a shipping fees is charged (based on your location) to keep the operations running.

4. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, however some rare case may delay your order. Such rare cases arise due to but not limited to - 

• High order volumes
• Courier partner delays
• Weather or logistical disruptions
